On-line Preview
Every order includes an online preview of your show once it is created. You will be able to see how a sample of your photographs are integrated into a living photo show. We will make any changes and update the preview until you give the approval to complete the final rendering process to DVD. We will make changes in sequence, style, music integration, caption wording, etc. and update the preview based on your input. Your satisfaction is guaranteed and the photo show DVD is never created until you have approved the online preview. A second optional online review can be done at your request. Usually this step is not necessary.
After your preview, you may decide to add more pictures but note that this will not only add additional cost to the original quote but it is likely to move the delivery of the photo show DVD(s) to a later date. The original quote is neither increased nor decreased if you delete photographs based on the online preview.
In photo shows with a fixed deadline, the online preview step has a limited number of business days assigned to it; Virtual Memories will let you know how many days during the Consultation. If your review of the online preview takes longer than the budgeted number of days, the delivery deadline may not be met.
