Final delivery
When your photo show is complete, you will be invoiced for the final payment. Your photo show will be packaged with a custom label in either a jewel case or library case as determined in the initial consultation. Upon receipt of payment, your completed photo show will be delivered along with the return shipment of your photographs and other media. Instructions for handling, use and care will be included in your shipment.
If your order includes gift or business-use photo shows for other addressees, you will receive a delivery report letting you know when each photo show was shipped. The digital files representing your photo show are available in Virtual Memories live files for 90 days following delivery of your photo show. If you choose to develop a new photo show using some or all of these photographs, no new fee will be charged for scanning or digitizing.
